What does it mean, to say we are in an information age? How has the advance of the internet influenced the way we use information? What will this mean for libraries, and their traditional vestiges of information, books?
By means of the following four article reviews addressing such questions, I will discuss these issues, and examine what forms the answers might take.

Hello peoples of Blogosphere!
I bring greetings from the land of Floo, where I have recently spent most of the last two weeks, and shall hopefully be soon returning to normal transmission.
My name is Nadia, and I am a rather new student in the Master of Information Studies at Charles Sturt University, hereby creating my debut blog as part of the first assignment in a subject known as The Digital Environment. In it, at least initially, I will be reviewing a small collection of papers (four to be precise) on the topic of Web 2.0 and its influence on libraries.
